Come On, Turn On

~
When the sun goes down and it turns dark,
Me and my baby go for a drive and we park.
I turn off the ignition key
And I pull her close to me.
At first she's kind of slow,
Like a girl who don't know.
But when I say these words to her,
She makes love like no other!
Oh, come on! (Come on! Come on!)
Oh, turn on! (Turn on! Turn on!)
It doesn't take long for her to move!
It doesn't take long for her to groove!
When I get her goin'
There is no slowin',
She's with me all the way,
And does what I say ...
I'm high up in the sky above
When me and my baby make love.
Oh, come on! (Come on! Come on!)
Oh, turn on! (Turn on! Turn on!)

  1. ... It doesn't take long for her to groove?

Does any ever say groove or groovy anymore?

This was written as a song - I can't read or write music - there was a tune in my head at the time - a long gone and forgotten tune,
